October: the month of Halloween, copious amounts of candy (toothaches included), crisp, falling leaves and the month where I’ve pledged to find myself a new job. With the beginning of each month comes a natural feeling for change, or something I like to call, goal setting.
Usually if I make goals, I’ll forget about them 5 days later, but this month I’m making a solid effort to follow through with them, and my first goal is to get a new job. The other goals will come later this week once I have a better plan to help me achieve those goals. But, in order to achieve my first goal, the first step is applications, interviews – you know the drill.
This is the outfit I wore to my first interview for Zara. It was a group interview with 3 other candidates who all seemed perfect for the job. Thus, I am not 100% certain on being hired, but I am not losing hope.
A minimalist, high fashion approach was the inspiration behind this look – something I could see a Zara employee wearing if I were to walk into the store. I’m crossing my fingers and really hoping I get the position, but in the mean time, I’ll be sending in more resumes!
